3.Leadtheformulationofvisualstyleanddesignspecificationsofcoreprojects,putforwardinnovativeideas,andcontinuouslyoptimizetheuserexperienceofproducts;


4.Payattentiontothetrendandapplicationofnewtechnologyintheindustry,exploreandthinkaboutthefuturedevelopmentanddesigndirectionofproducts.


Requirements:


1.Bachelordegreeorabove,majorinartdesignoruserexperience;morethan10yearsofdesignwork,atleast10yearsofworkexperienceinUX/UEdesignfield;


2.Beabletoquicklyunderstandthebusinessneeds,havestronglogicalthinkingability,conductproductanalysisonthebasisofdatacollectionanduserresearch,andproposeeffectiveimprovementplanstoimproveuserexperience;


3.Havetheconsciousnessofindependentthinking,designinnovation,win-wincooperation,stronglearningability,quickunderstandingandin-depthstudyofdifferentbusinesses;


4.FamiliarwithcommonprototypedesignandUXdesigntools,skilledinusingSKECH,PS,AEandotherdesignsoftware;


5.Basicknowledgeofsoftwaredevelopment;familiarwithHTML5,JavaScriptandCSS;


6.FluentinEnglish,abletoworkwithforeigntechnicians,projectcommunicationandcommunication.
